We have names~~~~~!

...but sadly no pronunciation key -_-;  I can't seem to remember where one can find that.

But look!  It's the 95th class!  On the Hankyu homepage!

Does anyone remember how many entered?

So exciting!

I'm most curious about the one who named herself Ai Sumire. That's so hopelessly cute -- and borderline cheesy and lame, of course, I can totally freewheel and imagine her coming up with it in the living room with her mom -- but mostly it's cute.
And I want to claim Aiki(?) Reika.

*giggles* Yes, Ai Sumire does border on cheesy, but somehow that's what makes it cute<3

Cute and cheesy often go together surprisingly well. *reflects on hopelessly irrational Rome at Dawn finale*

Also, if it's okay to ask ... would it be all right if I friended you?

I was fond of the Rome at Dawn finale :)

And go right ahead!

Thank you! <3

The Rome at Dawn finale was one of my earlier finds when trying to learn about Takarazuka, and my fondness for it should have been setting off a thousand mental alarm bells. "Warning: anything that can do ... that ... to Julius Caesar and still make you fall in love with it is not a force to be taken lightly."

Awee and the one called 美蘭 レンナ (Biran? Biwhat?) Renna, how cute *giggle*. In Italian a 'Renna' is a 'reindeer' *giggles more*

My guess would be Miran ^^ Hard to say though.

And the name is also hard to say... the ran-ren part in the middle is tough.

Well the name is in katakana, not much to be mistaken there XD, I think it's cute.

[identity profile] muffin-song.livejournal.com 2009-03-04 06:46 pm (UTC)(link)
Oooh, Miran is pretty.

I can't be easy to create a made up name that sounds nice AND has kanji that you approve of.

[identity profile] muffin-song.livejournal.com 2009-03-04 06:45 pm (UTC)(link)
I really wish they just would have given out the katakana with the list. I fail at remembering when that comes out...I think either with March Kageki or 2009 Otome?

I hate the fact that my mum's computer doesn't show japanese signs.. I wanna try reading those names, too ;_;

I find Takarazuka names aggravatingly hard to read if you haven't heard the pronunciation before. A lot of the time there just isn't rhyme or reason in terms of which sounds the kanji take -_-
