Sorry, have to comment on this.

I love the idea of Ai-chan playing Jackie.  There's so few good roles for musumeyaku.  I always love otokoyaku in drag, but it's nice to see a musumeyaku getting an opportunity.  Mirio, I'm not as sure about.  She seems alright enough (and admittedly I haven't seen much of her), but I worry about how she's leapfrogging over Morie, Maggie, and Masaki, who I like more. 

Honestly, I would have rather seen Yuuhi or Kiriyan as Jackie seducing Asako in a negligee, but I'll take what I can get.

Can someone help convince me that John is a good role?  Oh well, and least this way Kiriyan gets to propose to (hopefully) Taki-san.

Also, yay for Misa Noeru joining the cast!  She does seem to have unofficially been adopted in tsukigumi these days, which makes me very happy :D

I liked Non-chan as John. Its a very interesting role. Also, it means lots of Kiriyan "whipping" Asako into shape... and well if they are as touchy as Yuki and Non-chan were... :D

Hmm wouldn't mind Kiriyan as Jackie but a Musumeyaku is good since they are so overlooked in the whole thing. Ohh Kiriyan would love John though I only have the Broadway Revival recording which is only highlights and never saw the Takarazuka version from the 90's with Yuri.

I'm happy for Ai-chan but also confused about Mirio. o_O She is still so young...

Uh,uh,uh, Mirio/Jackie.
Suddenly I'm struck with this idea that Mirio might be playing Daisy for Asako/Gatzby.
I'd only hope that Mirio will follow in steps of Miwacchi who successfully made a gorgeous cabaret star in Adieu Marseilles (honestly I liked Jeanne/Miwacchi over her past otokoyaku roles).

Some of us are a little concerned about why Mihoko hasn't been announced yet for Gatsby, since usually they announced both the lead otokoyaku and musumeyaku roles. I'm praying it's not a You Know What.

However, if they want to put Mihoko in the Hakata Me and My Girl and test her out as a combination with Kiriyan, that's fine by me :D
