Me: Hey, hey, Morie-san! Listen, listen!!

To that innocent and cute me, Morie-san said one thing...

Mo: If you talk from there, I can hear you whether I want to or not :(

…Right… Undoubtedly it was like that Sunao-san (Otoki Sunao), who was listening to our conversation, burst out laughing

Su: Really, the conversations that the two of you have are always interesting (laugh)

Me: Yup ♪ Because Morie-san loves me

Mo: …that’s cheeky…

And now, another cute conversation with Morie-san.

On that day, I had previously seen “Earth”, an environmental documentary. I really wanted to tell Morie-san about the cuteness of the polar bears I had seen in the movie.

Me: Earlier, I saw “Earth”, and the polar bears were really cute!!

Mo: Eh-

Me: Polar bears are so cool, if a bird attacked a baby seal, you would cheer for the seal, right? But if a polar bear attacks a seal, I’m finding myself cheering for the polar bear!!

Mo: ?!?!?! …the polar bears are…?!?!

Eh?! Was Morie-san making some kind of mistake?! Even though I had wanted to say that because the polar bears are cute I found myself cheering for them... Somehow it seems she thought I meant that the polar bears were cheering for the seals and other polar bears...

Me: No matter what you think, I’m not saying the polar bears are the ones doing the cheering…

Mo: But if you’re talking the way you are now, I’m going to think that way (hand slamming down emoticon)

Undoubtedly the Japanese was absurd… But Morie-san imagining the sight of polar bears cheering for polar bears It's so cute :D

So, during this break I traveled by myself to Okinawa . It’s the first time I’ve traveled alone Okinawa in May is the best I came back very refreshed :)

But the people who kindly love Takarazuka truly come from all over the country, even down to the stewardess at Naha Airport!! This person had recently seen the performance at the Grand Theater!! Cool!! That’s so amazing!! Ah, I was really happy. …but…I realized that I really can’t do bad things, can I… (Well Usually I’m on good behavior )

But truly, everyone in Okinawa is very kind…,

…for that reason, I became something like a travel company secret agent… So, for the last time I’d like to try being rude (Translator's note: That was the one part I was still struggling with. Will get back to it later)

This is so cute! Morie is a feisty one, eh? Looking at her round face (and her said likeness to Pooh bear), you'd think she'd be so sweet!

And omfg, I would have died if I saw Ai-chan at the Naha airport. Last place in the world I'd expect a Takarasienne, not that it's not a popular vacation spot.

Thanks for translating this! I always find those section in Kageki to be hard to translate, because the language is always so informal... and there are so many stars, hearts, tears, and sweatdrops... haha.

I think Morie is more the "long-suffering older brother" type personally ^^

As far as the translating goes, the informal stuff can be hard when it gets too colloquial, but lately I've been preferring it over some of the more official articles and their scary super keigo.

Oh, I'm sure Morie loves her. :D How could she not? XD <3
