The Japan Times (an English language Japanese newspaper) has been doing an interesting series of articles lately on queueing, aka the act of lining up for things.  The latest one is on a company who is paid to queue in line for people.  Given how crazy it is to get Zuka (and other kinds of tickets) in Japan, I thought this was interesting.  Although this may be part of the reason why Hankyu no longer sells tickets at the box office the first day tickets are released (you instead have to resort to trying to get in via phone or the internet).  I know the west has its own quirks about ticket selling, but Japan really is something else -_-;

In other news, I'm seeing Osaka Samurai on Saturday!  And then again the following Thursday!  And Dal Lake no Koi Wednesday next week!  (plus there's Elisabeth and Valencia no Atsui Hana coming up).  Er...I'm not saying this to brag, but rather because I really need to cheer myself up after having some shitty stuff happen at work today.  I'm about to continue the "give Becca a break" effort with a viewing of tsukigumi's Ernest in Love.
