My name is Becca, I’m 23, and I’ve been a fan since January 2007 (yes, I know, it’s recent -_-;)

What was the first performance you saw? It doesn't have to have been a live show, it could be a video or DVD.
My first performance was seeing Ryoma-den/I Love Chopin at the Tokyo theater.

Outright addicted? Probably tsukigumi’s Ernest in Love.

Who is the "first love" that lead you to becoming a Takarazuka fan?
Well, I thought Kashige was pretty cool when I saw her in Ryoma-den. I was sad to find out that she was retiring.
5 観劇は大劇場メインですか？東宝劇場メインですか？
Do you mainly go to see shows at the Daigekijou or the Tokyo Gekijou?
I live in Saitama, so mainly the Tokyo Gekijou. I am going to the Daigekijou for the first time this summer, though.

Whew, there’s a lot. First and foremost: Kiriya Hiromu. After that: Sena Jun, Oozora Yuuhi, Yoshizuki Eri, Seijou Kaito, Aoki Izumi, Matobu Sei, Aran Kei, Yamato Yuuga, and Hokushou Kairi. I hope I didn’t miss anyone -_-;

Confession? As in something embarrassingly dorky? Uh…I haven’t seen Asami Hikaru or Kozuki Wataru in a lead yet and I wish I had (still working on that).

Some comments on Todoroki Yuu.
So far I’ve only seen her in Rome at Dawn, but she seems cool and I’m open to eventually seeing some yukigumi shows when she was top star (by eventually I mean when I have money).

What do you think are requirements for an otokoyaku on her way to the top?
Besides being a skilled sienne, someone who has good charisma and can take the really hard schedule Hankyu inflicts upon them. Also someone who gets along well and has good chemistry with other siennes.

What do you think are requirements for a musumeyaku on her way to the top?
Honestly, sometimes I really can’t figure out how the hell this works.

I have the soragumi Phantom DVD at home and haven’t had time to watch it yet -_-; I hear they’re amazing, though, and I think that it’s cool that they’re good enough of friends that they’ve decided to work together post-retirement.

I’ve seen Osa/Ayane and Osa/Ootori Rei, but not Osa/Fuu.

What do you think is the coolest stage name?
I love both the sound of “Tsukifune Sarara” and its origins. I also like how Kiriyan chose her own name, plus I like the “dream” kanji.

Is there an OG whom you wish you could have seen when she was a current seito?
Rika, although I was lucky enough to see her while she was in Thoroughly Modern Millie.

Is there someone you think: "They didn't retire last time, but this time..."? Who is it?
I would have said Osa, but she just announced she was retiring. I wouldn’t be surprised if Asa retires a year from now, but I would be somewhat surprised if she retires after Mahoroba/Magician’s Melancholy.

Some comments on Sena Jun.
She’s not “legendary”, but damn, I like her. My current favorite top star. She has a beautiful voice, can dance well, and is really funny. I do get annoyed sometimes at her dramatic roles (she angsts too much at times), but that may be more the fault of the way the dramatic roles I’ve seen her in were written than anything else. Besides, I was amazed at her acting ability in Elisabeth.

Hmm…Sakura Ichika, maybe? I love Yamashina Ai but she’s not really trendy at the moment, unfortunately.

Some comments on Mirai Yuuki.
I’m embarrassed, but I don’t think I’ve actually seen her in anything yet. I just looked at her TakaWiki page though and I’m amused that she played Sophie in the 1996 yuki shinjikouen and that now she’ll be playing the role for the 2007 production.

I don’t think she’s top star material, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t like her. I think she’s a great actress and I like her voice. She’s also adorable.

I love Takigawa Sueko, but she rarely gets any recognition.

Who do you consider the best etoile?

"She can't sing", "she can't dance", "she can't act", which do you consider the biggest handicap?
I think “she can’t act.” I feel like other things are excusable, but acting…no. After that would be “she can’t sing.”

Charismatic and charming. I hope she does well with hoshigumi.

What do you think is the preferred amount of time for a top star to hold that position?
I think 3-4 years is good. Even though some people are awesome, if they’re around for more than four years I think they start to dominate the troupe too much and it creates problems for whoever is top star after they graduate.

There are some revues I like but I’m feeling too lazy at the moment to go back and look at who authored my favorite revues.
